This notice explains how personal data shared through muratdalgic.com and other contact channels is processed, in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

Personal data is collected through the request form, email, phone and WhatsApp, partly by automated means and as provided by you. Request and contact data is processed on the grounds of entering into or performing a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), compliance with legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç) and the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f). Analytics cookies and transfers abroad rely on your explicit consent.
Personal data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing. The following service providers are used only for the stated purposes:
The servers of these providers may be located abroad, particularly in the United States. Data is therefore transferred abroad on the basis of your explicit consent under KVKK Art. 9. If you do not wish to give consent, you can make your request by phone. Data may also be disclosed to authorised public bodies where required by law.
Requests that do not lead to a service relationship are kept for no more than one year after the request is concluded and are then deleted. Where a service is provided, related records are kept for the retention and limitation periods set out in applicable legislation. Retention of analytics data is subject to Google Analytics settings.

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and deletion or destruction under the conditions of the law; to request that such actions be notified to third parties; to object to an outcome against you arising solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
