Accurate diagnosis · Lasting solution
Stop the source, not just the water.
The source of the water ingress problem is identified on site, the solution is technically specified, and the application is supervised in the field. Because the applicator is a separate party, the solution is determined by the condition of the building — not by the product to be sold.

If you want to understand the problem before committing to a solution
Find out the source of the problem before any work begins. A site inspection is carried out, findings are documented in a written report, and the required system is technically specified.
Because the party preparing the report is not the party carrying out the work, the specified solution is determined by the condition of the building — not by the product to be sold. The report also enables like-for-like comparison of quotations and can serve as technical evidence in disputes.
The service provided is consultancy. No applications are undertaken, no subcontractors employed, and no commercial ties are maintained with any brand or applicator.
The source of thermal and waterproofing failures is identified and documented in writing.
How the work should be carried out is written down, and compliance is verified on site.
In Turkey's urban renewal (kentsel donusum) programme, existing residential buildings are demolished and rebuilt under agreements between flat owners and developers. Waterproofing is typically covered by a single vague clause. The waterproofing section of the agreement is written independently, and the application is supervised during construction.
Scope is limited to waterproofing and insulation. Legal aspects of the agreement are outside scope. Details →
Consultancy is also provided in these areas: what needs to be done is specified in writing, and the work is supervised on site.
Brand-independent training for application crews, site managers and technical offices, manufacturer and dealer sales teams, and management boards.
The applicator is a separate party; throughout the process the consultant stands on the side of the owner and management.
The building is visited in person. Neither diagnosis nor solution is discussed before this step is complete.
The source of the problem, the cause, and what needs to be done is put in writing: which product, which thickness, in which sequence, with which detail.
What is to be applied to which surface, how many square metres, which materials and the cost of each item are made clearly visible.
The consultant is present on site during the work. Critical details are checked before they are covered; non-conformances are reported in writing.
At the end of the work, a file is handed over showing what was done, how it was done, which materials were used, and that the work conforms to the specification.
