The factor that determines the service life of a floor coating is not the coating itself — it is the concrete beneath. If the surface has not been mechanically prepared, if the concrete has not sufficiently dried, or if moisture is rising from below, the coating will not bond. The failure appears in the coating; its origin is in the substrate.
The same principles apply equally to a factory floor, an apartment lobby or a cafe floor; the only thing that changes is the thickness and surface texture of the system selected. Selecting the right system for the load class is the most critical decision to be made before any application begins.
The building is visited in person. Neither diagnosis nor solution is discussed before this step is complete.
Findings, cause and required work are put in writing: which product, which thickness, in which sequence, with which detail.
What is to be applied to which surface, how many square metres, which materials and the cost of each item are made clearly visible.
Where required, the consultant is present on site; critical details are checked before they are covered and non-conformances are reported in writing.
When the request form is completed with location and scope, the enquiry arrives with the context needed to give a direct response.
